The Hill, "Yeni Bir Ev, Yeni Bir Yaşam" felsefesiyle Alanya'da toplam 25.000 m2 alanda konumlanmış olup; I. Etap 9.330 m2’lik bir alanda toplam 7 blok ve 44 daireden olusuyor.
Her biri farkli girişe sahip, tamamı deniz manzaralı ve yemyeşil bahçelere açılan daireler, her Koray projesinde oldugu gibi Konut Kalite Standardı güvencesiyle sahiplerine teslim edilecek.”

The Hill development concept has been designed by one of the most reputableTurkish architects, Cemal Mutlu.
He graduated from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara where he completed his Master's Degree in Architecture. He founded his practice in Istanbul in 1993 and since then has been designing many landmark projects in Turkey and abroad, ranging from urban master planning to multifamily housing, hotels, office buildings and interior designs. His works have been exhibited at the Urban Renaissance Exhibition in Bologna and Istanbul and he has won numerous prices for his residential developments.
